At the weekend, Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, launched an attempt to break the world record for the largest number of people playing dominoes while wearing Christmas masks at The Spires Shopping Centre in Chipping Barnet. The event was organised by the High Barnet Town Team with the support of funding provided by the Mayor's Outer London Fund, designed to help boost London's High Streets.
On Saturday afternoon, Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, joined over two hundred local residents at a rally against the building of 272 flats and houses by housing association L&Q on the former Middlesex University Site at Cat Hill on the border of Barnet and Enfield. Theresa was also joined by East Barnet Ward Councillors, Robert Rams and Joanna Tambourides, Barnet's London Assembly Member, Councillor Brian Coleman and Enfield Southgate MP, David Burrowes.
Following a letter from the Organisation of the Relatives of Missing Cypriots, Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, today met with David Lidington, Minister for Europe, in Parliament to discuss progress on the Missing. Their meeting comes ahead of next week's gathering of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, where the Cyprus v Turkey case on the Missing will be on the agenda for discussion.
Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet has come out in support of the Boundary Commission proposals for the borough of Barnet. The Commission have proposed that the Chipping Barnet and Hendon constituencies stay as they are. Parts of Hampstead are to be added to Finchley and Golders Green to bring it up to the size required by the new rules.Commenting on the process from now on, Theresa said: "The Boundary Commission have produced a sensible set of proposals for our borough. I am supporting them and I urge my constituents to do so as well.""There is a consultation underway to decide whether to go ahead with the boundaries proposed or change them. I hope as many residents as possible across the borough will contact the Commission to ask them to keep Chipping Barnet's current boundaries and stick to their proposals"

Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, and David Burrowes, MP for Enfield Southgate, have welcomed a response from the Prime Minister following a joint letter calling for the resignation of UN Human Rights Council expert, Richard Falk. Richard Falk posted an anti-semitic cartoon on his personal blog in June which depicted a dog with "USA" written on his body and wearing a skullcap, urinating on a depiction of justice while devouring the bloody bones of a skeleton.

Members of the campaign group on Palestine shouted and heckled.
